Only by knowing the truth and the impact of the harm not only to you but also to your loved ones, will you be able to develop the intent to act.

   3. Find out and learn all about the ways and alternatives that can help you quit smoking - whether it is cold turkey, with the help of nicontine patches, etc...find out which action plan is suitable to you and your lifestyle.

   4. Take action! Many people fail not because of the programs or aids that are not effective - they fail because they do not take action, take enough action! It takes a consistent practice to break a old habit. So take action.
